About Ability X Performance
Ability X was created to provide a safe, supportive and personalised training environment for children and young adults living with disability.
With over 20 years of combined experience in fitness, coaching, mentoring and working with young people, we understand that every participant is different. Our focus is always on the individual - their goals, their abilities and their pace.
We are a fully private service, meaning sessions are never crowded or overwhelming. Each participant receives dedicated one-on-one support in a calm, comfortable environment designed to help them feel confident and secure.
Our approach goes far beyond exercise. We use movement and fitness to help participants build.

Our Services

We offer sessions in our fully self-contained private gym facility, designed to be calm, distraction free and comfortable for participants who may feel overwhelmed in a busy public gym.
Participants receive one-on-one support in a safe space tailored to their needs and abilities.
